Izzy Page

In March 2023, Izzy was elected as the Students’ Union President and formally took up her role on the Board of Governors in July 2023. In March 2024 she was re-elected to represent our students for a further year.

Izzy, along with Vice President, Hermione Jane Boyes, coordinates the officer team which consists of varied part-time roles such as LGBTQ+ Officer and Internationals Officer.

Her role is to be the spokesperson and representative for the Students’ Union, ensuring all students feel welcomed in an inclusive environment and feel part of the University community.

As President, Izzy represents the student body both within the University and the wider community, sitting on a number of committees, enabling student’s opinions and voices to be heard at a senior level. She also oversees the Student Council, ensuring that the Students’ Union remains democratic and that the student body plays a part in how things are run.

Izzy is also a member of the Nominations & Effectiveness Committee and the Honorary Awards Committee.
