Accommodation location
Stockbridge Block E
Within Stockbridge, our blocks are named A – E. You will be notified of your block and room number as part of your formal offer of accommodation, sent out during the month of August. Please note that Block E differs in appearance to Blocks A-D.
The site where Stockbridge halls are housed is on the site of an old secondary school. Blocks A-D are built on the old playground, whereas Block E is the original school building. As the Edwardian building façade remains, this means that Block E differs in external appearance to Blocks A-D.
The inside of Block E remains comparable with Blocks A-D, with the same modern décor and style.
The facilities and associated services are the same across all blocks of Stockbridge Student Village, and all the rooms are ensuite and self-catered.
The beds in Block E are all single size beds, the same as those provided in Blocks A – D, the difference being block A – D are furnished with fitted furniture and Block E is furnished with your more typical bedroom furniture that can be positioned to suit the room.
